This series of products is a fully enclosed self-fan-cooled structure, protection grade IP55, class F insulation, S1 working duty. The rated frequency is 50Hz, rated voltage is 380V or 660V, with self-starting capability and frequency conversion is recommended. In the load range of 25%-120%, it has higher efficiency and wider economic operation range compared to the same size asynchronous motor, with significant energy saving effect. The motor temperature rise is low, 30-50K at rated load. This series of products can completely replace Y2, Y3, YE2 and other series of low-voltage asynchronous motors, and can also be customized according to customer needs to improve power density, special design, and design different cooling methods and voltage levels. 1, high motor power factor, high quality factor of the grid, no need to add power factor compensator, the capacity of the substation equipment can be fully utilised; 2, permanent magnet motor is permanent magnet excitation, synchronous operation, there is no speed pulsation. During dragging fans, pumps and other loads do not increase the pipeline resistance loss; 3, according to the needs of permanent magnet motor can be designed into high starting torque (more than 3 times), high overload capacity, so as to solve the phenomenon of "big horse pulling small cart"; 4, the reactive current of ordinary asynchronous motors is generally about 0.5 to 0.7 times the rated current, Mingteng permanent magnet synchronous motors do not require excitation current, the difference between reactive current permanent magnet motors and asynchronous motors is about 50%, the actual running current is about 15% lower than that of asynchronous motors; 5, the motor can be designed to start directly, the shape and installation size is the same as the current widely used asynchronous motor, can fully replace the asynchronous motor. The series products are widely used in various equipments such as fans, pumps, compressors and belt machines in the fields of electric power, petroleum, metallurgy, textile and building materials. What are the motor mounting types? The structure and mounting type designation of the motor is consistent with IEC60034-7-2020. That is, it consists of the capital letter "B" for "IM" for "horizontal installation" or the capital letter "v" for "vertical installation" together with one or two Arabic numerals, e.g.: "IM" for "horizontal installation" or "B" for "vertical installation". "v" with 1 or 2 Arabic numerals, e.g.. "IMB3" denotes two end-cap, footed, shaft-extended, horizontal installations mounted on foundation members. "IMB35" denotes a horizontal mounting with two end caps, feet, shaft extensions, flanges on the end caps, through holes in the flanges, flanges mounted on the shaft extensions, and feet mounted on the base member with the flanges attached. "IMB5" means two end caps, no foot, with shaft extension, end caps with flange, flange with through hole, flange mounted on the shaft extension, mounted on the base member or ancillary equipment with flange "IMV1" means two end caps, no foot, shaft extension to the bottom, end caps with flange, flange with through hole, flange mounted on the shaft extension, mounted on the bottom with flange vertical mounting. "IMV1" stands for vertical mounting with two end caps, no foot, shaft extension downwards, end caps with flanges, flanges with through holes, flanges mounted on the shaft extension, mounted on the bottom by means of flanges. Some of the most commonly used mounting options for low voltage motors are: IMB3, IMB35, IMB5, IMV1, etc. What are the specific effects of a high or low motor reaction potential on a motor? No effect, just pay attention to the efficiency and power factor.
